Shipping policy

Shipments from Tapped Performance are subject to a period of no more than 5 days to notify that there is product complaint, missing items, damaged items. We use our accounts for shipments including USPS and UPS, some items the customer may include a return shipping label as in the case of PCM unlock modification as an example. In the situation of customer supplied return, Tapped Performance must be notified of this and the approval of such action.
